Consulting Services and Preparation of Tender Documentation
An extremely important part of the implementation of any publicly funded project is to carry out the procedures for the allocation of deliveries, construction and services correctly. You must know that mistakes in these procedures lead to serious financial adjustments.
Our service is intended both for principals and for participants in tender procedures. We offer to prepare the whole documentation in connection with the allocation and conducting of the procedures, required for the implementation of your project. If you are a participant in another principal’s procedure, we could prepare your proposal according to the conditions set by the principal.
Pricing Policy:
Our prices are formed on an individual basis depending on the amount of work, required for your project. We apply an individual approach and flexible payment plans depending on the type of services:
Project proposal preparation: a fixed amount, a part of which is paid at the time of submitting the project proposal, while the main part is paid after the proposal is approved for funding.
Project management: the price is based on the expected amount of work and duration of the project. We offer payment in instalments after each successfully completed stage of the project.
Tender documentation preparation: the price is based on hours worked.

Ex-ante verification – review and comment on prepared tender documentation pursuant to Council of Ministers’ Decree 118/2014 before the tender is announced.
Ex-post verification of an already completed tender procedure – review and comment on the documentation for an already completed tender procedure pursuant to Council of Ministers’ Decree 118/2014 before it is submitted to the funding institution for approval.
Review and comment on interim/financial reports
